Individuals Combining Activity and Nutrition (ICAN)

Attention kids and teens: Would you like to learn how to make eating healthy and being active fun and entertaining?

The new program introduced by CCMH Functional Health, ICAN, is a perfect for you. The program will have two sessions every Tuesday and Thursday and will run for six weeks. Each session will be an hour long and includes nutrition information and fun games. Being healthy and active should not be boring and we hope to show you there are so many ways to make it fun. There a limited number of spots so hurry and have your parents call Abby (688.8009) or Brenda (688.8032) to sign up.
