Beyond Rehab
Beyond Rehab is a functional conditioning program for anyone recovering from and injury or conditions affecting back, joints and muscles. Patients must be referred by a therapist and be beyond the acute phase of the condition or injury.
COST: $200 for 10 sessions, each session is 60 minutes long.
Outpatient Conditioning
Learn how to exercise safely and independently utilizing cardiovascular, strength, flexibility and balance components.

- Maintain or increase strength and range of motion
- Improve balance and coordination
- Improve flexibility and decrease risk of injury
- Improve self-esteem
- Decrease weight
