Social Services
The Social Services department is here to assist you with your admission to Pioneer Manor and assist with discharge planning. In addition, Social Services representatives are available to speak with you and your family confidentially regarding any issues you feel need to be addressed while you are a resident at Pioneer Manor. They can also provide you with important community resources that can help you with various aspects of your care. As long as you reside here, Social Services staff will assist you in solving any problems you may encounter and facilitate team involvement to resolve your concerns.
