Breakfast
As residents enter the dining room they may choose from a variety of cereal, juice, and milk displayed on the breakfast cart. Hot breakfast is then served.
CNA's serve residents in the Memory Support Unit cereal, milk, and juice as they bring the residents into the dining room. Nutrition Services staff then bring their trays of hot breakfast.
Lunch and Supper
When provided on the menu, a variety of fresh vegetables, salad with dressings, and/ or bread is offered residents before the hot food is served.
