Clinical
The Pioneer Manor Nutrition Services Clinical staff consists of a Registered Dietitian (RD) and
Certified Dietary Managers (CDM). Clinical staff is responsible for assessing residents and establishing and implementing nutrition care plans. These staff members are responsible for observing and documenting in the medical chart resident diet orders and changing nutritional needs. They attend interdepartmental care planning meetings and assist in nutrition education for residents, families, and staff. All Nutrition Services employees are involved in assuring resident nutritional needs are met.
