- Patient food service at the hospital
- Resident food service at Pioneer Manor
- Cafeteria services at Campbell County Memorial Hospital and Pioneer Manor
- Hot Meals preparation and delivery program for homebound people

Medical Nutrition Therapy services for outpatients, serving the
Cancer Care Center, and
Dialysis Center
- Nutritional counseling for outpatients, including maternity patients
- Provide food service to Child Care, In-patient, Out-patient, Close to Home: Hospice House and "In House" Catering
Staff includes:
- Two registered Dietitians
- Eight Certified Dietary Managers
- 50 employees
