April is Home Medical Resources' Supervisor which means she ensures that the HMR employees are trained, educated and competent in all the services and equipment that HMR provides. April's passion is to make sure the customer's needs are met. April is married with 3 very active kids and their bulldog. She enjoys going to the mountains to fish, camp and is always on the look-out for the perfect Christmas tree. |

Joanne is a home medical equipment specialist (MES). She is trained in a wide variety of home medical equipment, with certification in oxygen concentrator repairs. Her prior training in a sleep lab has given her insight to what customers have experienced before coming to HMR for sleep apnea equipment. Joanne strives to develop relationships with her customers so she can assist them with the correct equipment to help them sleep better and become healthier. She believes that having and keeping an overall good attitude will help the customers overcome the challenges they are facing when they walk in the door for help. Joanne and her husband enjoy camping, riding their Trike and motorcycle and spending time with family and friends. |

Sarah is a medical equipment specialist. Sarah sets up all types of medical equipment, really enjoys CPAP's and working with babies and our breast feeding and bili blanket supplies. Sarah enjoys establishing relationships with her customers and can't wait to help them sleep well again! When Sarah isn't busy helping customers with their health, mobility, and home safety needs she loves spending time with her family. Sarah is married and has two daughters. They love spending their free time camping, watching hockey, walking the dog and visiting with their family and friends. |

Francy is a billing specialist at CCMH Home Medical Resources. She coordinates the billing procedures and finances for the business ensuring the customer accounts are accurately managed. Not only does she perform the billing procedures, but she assists with educating customers on equipment and ensuring proper understanding of the equipment received. She enjoys working with the customers and establishing first name basis relationships. She takes pride in developing a positive atmosphere and making sure that the customers she helps are happy and satisfied. When Francy isn't busy working with customer accounts or ensuring proper education on equipment she enjoys camping, hunting and snowmobiling while spending time with her husband and two dogs. |

Alisha is one of our two billing clerks. She assists with day to day financial activities of our customer accounts. She primarily works with accounts with any last names that start with any letters between N-Z. When Alisha isn't bringing care and comfort to the customers of Home Medical Resources she enjoys spending her time with her two dogs and fiancé. They enjoy camping, snowboarding, and spending time with family and friends. |
