Home Health provides care to patients at home--where they receive support from trained medical professionals, family, friends and the comfort of familiar surroundings.
Our professional home care services utilize registered nurses; certified home health aides, physical, speech, and occupational therapists; medical social workers and Home Medical Resources. Home Health is offered under the direction of the patient's physician and our registered nurses are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
