Sleep Disorders Support Group to Meet March 6

A.W.A.K.E. (Alert, Well and Keeping Energetic), a quarterly support group for people affected by sleep disorders, will meet Tuesday, March 6 from 7-8 pm in the Wyoming Room of the Campbell County Public Library.

Featured speaker is Pierre LeClerc, BS, RPSGT, sleep consultant. His topic is: Solutions for Make Trouble.

The group is open to anyone with questions about snoring, daytime sleepiness, is currently using CPAP or BiPAP, restlesss legs, insomnia or unexplained high blood pressure.

Staff from the Campbell County Memorial Hospital Sleep Clinic will be there to answer any questions about sleep concerns, or call them at 688.2350.
