Two CCMH Clinics move to 3rd floor of the Hospital
GILLETTE, WY - Cottonwood Primary Care and CCMH Urology clinics are moving to the third floor south wing of Campbell County Memorial Hospital as of Monday, February 14.
Cottowood Primary Care providers include Internal Medicine Specialists Sameera Fareed, M.D. and Farrukh Javaid and Nurse Practitioner and Certified Diabetes Educator Alicia LePard, APRN.
Urologist Attila Barabas, M.D. is new to Gillette, and welcomes new patients to CCMH Urology.
Patients can make appointments for both clinics with a new central phone number, 688.3636.
