New phone system implementation on January 24
Campbell County Memorial Hospital will switchover to a new phone system Tuesday, January 25 at 9 pm. The switchover may cause some minor interruptions in service. Use the main hospital number, 688-1000 if there is no answer on another 688- extension. Any phone issues will be corrected as soon as they are identified. The new system is called VoIP, or voiceover internet protocol, which means the system is fully digital. The new system allows for future expansion and will reduce the number of busy signals for calls coming into the organization.
