Physician Bio
I am excited to be here at Campbell County Memorial Hospital to be a resource for patients and physicians alike. I have over 15 years of experience in Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine. During my career in both the military and private practice I have gained extensive knowledge in new technologies in bronchoscopy (a procedure used to examine the lungs). These new technologies have greatly improved the diagnosis of masses in the lungs and have saved patients having to undergo more invasive procedures.
I also have a keen interest in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders. I owned and operated the only American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) accredited sleep center in Manatee County, Florida. I am fully capable of treating all types of sleep disorders and have considerable experience in treating patients with sleep-disordered breathing such as obstructive and central sleep apnea (episodes where patients stop breathing during sleep).
Please know that I am dedicated to providing personalized and compassionate care to pateints with pulmonary and sleep problems. I strive to work closely with local physicians and respiratory therapy professionals to ensure the best possble outcomes for my patients.
