Description
Working in conjunction with the Clinic Physician and within the Hospital’s Physician Clinics, the MA/LPN assesses, plans, implements and collaborates with other departments to ensure excellence in patient and family care, reflective of CCMH mission, vision and values. The MA/LPN will integrate departmental goals for improvement across the care continuum. He/She coordinates and delegates unit and patient care activities, as appropriate, to other health care providers. The MA/LPN practices within the framework of the nursing process in the provision of professional nursing care within the Wyoming Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association professional standards.
Qualifications
Prefer ACLS, PALS, ENPC or TNCC or similar certifications. Licensure: State of Wyoming LPN license-current. Radiology Restricted license areas I, II, & III. Must have current Healthcare Provider CPR or Red Cross Professional Rescuer certification within 31 days of employment. One-two years of experience in medical/surgical or emergency nursing preferred.
