You may add a dependent within 30 days of a birth, adoption or placement for adoption. You may delete dependent/change coverage Due to a death of a dependent child. |
| Dependents gain or lose eligible status |
You may add/drop coverage of a dependent that is meeting or ceasing to meet the plan's definition of dependent, such as attainment of a specified age or ceasing to be a student. |
| Change in employment status |
You may drop coverage/add coverage as a result of termination of employment, change from an ineligible for coverage status to an eligible for coverage status or vice versa. |
