Selecting the Right Coverage
Campbell County Memorial Hospital wants you to make good personal choices from the benefits we are offering you and your family. Here are a few things to keep in mind when making your choices:
- Gather information to help you make knowledgeable decisions, such as information about your spouse's benefit plans or any other insurance you might have. In order to enroll in the CCMH medical insurance you will need any previous health insurance information that you have had in the past 12 months. At a minimum, the name of the insurance, the ID number, and the coverage beginning and ending dates (MM/DD/YY).

- Review your coverage options and note any questions you may have. For answers to your questions and additional information, please contact your Human Resources Department at 307-688-1506.
- Be sure to make your selections and get enrolled within 30 days of your date of hire.
Changing your Benefit Selections
Usually, when you enroll in your benefits you are not able to change them until the next open enrollment period. However, you are allowed to change some benefit elections during the year if you have a " Qualifying Event". For a list of qualifying events and details on acceptable changes due to "qualifying events", please refer to the "
Qualifying Event" chart.
Your specific qualifying event will determine what benefit changes can be made.
Once a qualifying event occurs, you have 30 days from the date of the event to contact Human Resources and make the changes. If you do not make changes within the number of days specified, you will not be allowed to make any benefit changes until the next open enrollment period.
