Assisted Parking Service
Assisted Parking is a free service for Campbell County Memorial Hospital patients and visitors with limited mobility and/or a physical condition that requires extra assistance going to and from the main hospital facility. Our assisted parking staff will provide wheelchair assistance to and from your vehicle and destinations within the hospital, such as the Laboratory or Radiology.
How to access Assisted Parking
Look for the Assisted Parking signs in the main parking lot, Emergency parking lot or Annex parking lot (see the map on the back of this page). Park in one of the designated spots and call 688.1000 for wheelchair assistance into the building. Ask the operator for assistance and indicate which parking lot you have chosen. Staff will meet you at your vehicle.
Or
Park temporarily in the patient loading zone in front of the main entrance and inquire at the front desk/operator, or call 688.1000 from your vehicle to request assistance with parking and access to the hospital. At the Annex entrance, park temporarily in the patient loading zone and inquire at the reception desk, or call 688.1000 from your vehicle.
Or
Call 688.1000 from home to schedule an appointment for assistance. Provide the operator with your arrival time. When you arrive, our assisted parking staff will meet you at your vehicle and provide wheelchair assistance to and from the building.
