Campbell County Memorial Hospital has established several payment options to assist patients who may face challenges paying their hospital bills. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm.

Hospital Assistance and Catastrophic Program

These programs are designed for Campbell County Residents, living here for at least 12 months, who are unable to pay for care.

Campbell County Memorial Hospital has an interest-free payment matrix to allow patients to extend their payments over a period of time until the account is paid in full.

Bank Loan Program
Campbell County Memorial and First Interstate Bank offer a pre-approved, bank loan program with no credit approval required.

Prompt Pay Discounts
Uninsured
Campbell County Memorial Hospital offers a 30% discount for patients considered 100% self-pay (no insurance available) if payment is made in full within 30 days of the first bill.

Underinsured
Campbell County Memorial Hospital offers a 15% discount to patients with yearly per individual deductibles of $2,500 or more, OR a yearly family deductible of $5,000 or more. Payment must be received within 30 days of the insurance remittance to be eligible for this discount.

Eligibility Services

Since 1996, Cardon Outreach has helped people across the United States find sources that will pay for their medical bills, such as Chip, Crime Victim Services, Medicaid, SSDI, SSI, and Veteran benefits, among others. Cardon works with more than 500 facilities in 35 states, and CCMH has contracted with them to begin offering these services to self-pay patients (those who are uninsured, underinsured or underfunded) who are cared for in our health system.
