The Swing Bed Unit, located on the north wing of the third floor, provides skilled care and rehab services. The unit assists patients in their goal to return home safely after an illness or surgery.
Swing Bed staff are dedicated to a high quality of care to help patients and their families.
Staff includes registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and certified nurse aides. A social worker assists with discharge planning, and physical and occupational therapists evaluate and treat patients as needed.
