Environmental and Linen services supports patient care by providing a clean, safe and comfortable environment for patients, visitors and staff. The staff provides general housekeeping, floor care and laundry services for Campbell County Memorial Hospital.

Environmental Services and Linen Services strives to maintain a safe, comfortable and visually appealing environment while meeting or exceeding regulatory compliance.

Environmental Services at the hospital includes 25 housekeeping and 8 laundry staff. Pioneer Manor employees 9 housekeeping and one laundry staff. One staff member provides housekeeping for 13 Supervised Living apartments at Pioneer Manor.

Staff are skilled in modern cleaning and laundering techniques. Department leaders are Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professions through the American Hospital Association.

Quality

Environmental Services and Linen staff are cross-trained to Acute and Long-term Care, ensuring that cleaning needs and standards are met. Staff are part of the Campbell County Memorial Hospital Decontamination Team.
