The Accounting department is resposible for monthly financials, payroll, accounts payable and fixed asset tracking. Payroll is processed every other week and checks to vendors are processed every Friday.

Accounting strives to produce accurate and timely financials, accounts payable and payroll.

Staff includes a Controller and seven employees in the areas of financials, budgeting, payroll and accounts payable.

Quality

Accounting tracks accounts payable invoices outstanding over 30, 60, and 90 days. The department consistently meets their goal of less than $50,000 of outstanding accounts payable invoices older than 90 days.

Auditors gave Campbell County Memorial Hospital an unqualified opinion in the most recent audit, the highest level of assurance that can be provided. This demonstrates good processes and procedures for accounting practices.
